Mary Josephine Urbien (Ning)

A proud native of Baguio City, Ning has been a dedicated fitness instructor since 2007.

 Married with two children, she brings not just experience but also family values and passion to every class she teaches. From 2016 to 2018, she worked overseas on a two-year contract at Curves Oman Gym before returning home to continue as a freelance fitness instructor.

Together with her husband, Ning forms a powerful duo in the local fitness and dance community. They are both licensed instructors, performers, choreographers, and competitive dancers — teaching, inspiring, and performing with unmatched energy.
