How do I get there?

You can ride a taxi (searchable via Waze/Google Maps), take a jeepney to Upper Gen. Luna via Mines View (Terminal: in front of Landbank at Skyworld), or walk from Session Road.

How do I join a class?

Book and pay via our website through Shopify. Browse, choose a class, and register in minutes.

Can I walk in without booking online?

Walk-ins are welcome if slots are available, but online booking is highly encouraged to secure your spot.

How do I pay for classes?

Payments can be made online (via debit/credit cards) or in cash at the studio.

Can I cancel or reschedule a class?

Reschedule and Refund Policy

At Axis Dance Studio, all bookings are considered final. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing any class, session, or package.

No Rescheduling

All classes are scheduled in advance and are non-transferable. We are unable to accommodate any requests for rescheduling, regardless of notice or reason. Please ensure your availability before making a booking.

No Refunds

Axis Dance Studio upholds a strict no refund policy. This applies to:

  • Missed or unattended classes (including late arrivals or no-shows)
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • All memberships, passes, and promotional purchases
  • All bookings made through our Shopify-powered website

Class slots are limited and your booking secures your place.

Can I reserve the studio for private use or rehearsals?

Yes! Studio rentals are available. Please contact us via DM or visit the front desk to book.

💬 Class Info & What to Bring

What should I bring to class?

Please bring:

  • Comfortable dance attire and sneakers
  • A towel
  • A water bottle (hydration is key!)

Do I need to bring my own towel?

Yes. Towels are not provided.

Are food and drinks allowed inside the studio?

Only drinks in sealed containers are allowed inside.

🔐 Locker Use & Personal Items

Can I use a locker at Axis Dance Studio?

Yes — we have 20 lockers available, first come, first served.

Who can use the lockers?

Only students currently attending a class may use lockers during class time.

Can I leave my things overnight?

No. Lockers must be emptied right after your class ends. Overnight storage is not allowed.

Do I need to bring my own padlock?

Yes, please bring your own small lock to secure your belongings.

What if I forget to empty my locker?

Items left will be removed by staff. Axis is not responsible for lost or unclaimed items.

🚫 General Studio Rules

Can I bring my pet to the studio?

For safety and hygiene, pets are not allowed inside.

Is it okay to stay overnight or take naps in the studio?

No overnight stays or sleeping inside the studio is permitted.

What are the amenities of the studio?

We offer:

Parking is limited, but paid slots are nearby at City Hub and R Bed & Breakfast.

👥 Health, Safety, and Minors

I have a medical condition or injury. Can I still join classes?

Please inform staff and consult a doctor beforehand. Let the instructor know to modify moves for safety. Axis is not liable for pre-existing injuries.

Can minors join classes?

Yes, with parent/guardian consent. A waiver must be signed. Guardians are responsible before and after class times.

  • For students below 18, a waiver must be signed
  • Guardians are responsible for pick-up and drop-off

The studio is not liable for minors outside class hours or without a guardian present
