CLASS DESCRIPTION

Adult Ballet is a technique class designed for teens and adults who want to develop proper ballet fundamentals regardless of experience. Through classical barre and centre work, students build strength, balance, posture, coordination, musicality, and graceful movement in a welcoming and supportive environment.

No previous ballet experience required

ATTIRE

Fitted activewear or ballet attire

Ballet slippers, socks, or bare feet

Hair tied neatly away from the face
