CLASS DESCRIPTION |
Adult Ballet is a technique class designed for teens and adults who want to develop proper ballet fundamentals regardless of experience. Through classical barre and centre work, students build strength, balance, posture, coordination, musicality, and graceful movement in a welcoming and supportive environment. |

AXIS AERIAL ARTS
SINGLE CLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS
By purchasing and attending an Axis Aerial Arts Single Class, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. SINGLE CLASS USE

A Single Class payment is valid for one (1) class only and may only be used for the specific class booked.

Single Class bookings are non-transferable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.

Single Class payments cannot be converted into a Class Pass or credited toward another class unless otherwise approved by Axis Dance Studio.
2. BOOKING & RESERVATION
-
A slot is considered reserved only upon successful payment and confirmation.

Class slots are subject to availability and class capacity.

Walk-in participation is subject to available slots and may not be guaranteed.
3. CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
-
Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the scheduled class without penalty.

Cancellations made within 12 hours of the class and no-shows are considered No-Shows.

No-show or late-cancellation payments are forfeited and are not eligible for refund, transfer, or replacement class.
4. CLASS SCHEDULE & CHANGES

Axis Dance Studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, instructors, class formats, or venues when necessary.

If a class is cancelled or rescheduled by Axis Dance Studio, the participant may be offered a replacement schedule or class credit, as applicable.
5. SAFETY & PARTICIPATION

Participants are expected to disclose any relevant physical limitations, injuries, or conditions that may affect safe participation.

Participants must follow all instructor instructions and Axis Dance Studio safety and house rules.

The instructor may modify or restrict participation in an exercise when necessary for safety.
6. PAYMENT
-
Payment must be made in full to secure the participant's slot.

Pre-registration and walk-in rates may differ.

Once the booking is confirmed, it is subject to the cancellation and no-show policies stated above.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Purchase or attendance of an Axis Aerial Arts Single Class constitutes the participant's acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Axis Dance Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions when necessary.
