Class Terms & Conditions

By registering for any class at Axis Dance Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Pre-registration is highly encouraged. Classes may reach capacity before the scheduled start time. Once a class is full, pre-registration will automatically close.

2. Walk-in registrations are subject to availability. Admission is not guaranteed and is on a first-come, first-served basis.

3. Axis Passes are accepted for eligible regular classes. Please ensure your pass is valid and has sufficient remaining credits before booking.

4. Special Guest classes are excluded and may only be redeemed using an All Axis (Unlimited) Pass, unless otherwise specified.

5. All registrations, bookings, and Axis Pass credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.

6. Payments are non-refundable. Missed classes, late arrivals, or no-shows are not eligible for refunds or credit unless otherwise approved by management.

7. Participants must arrive at least 10–15 minutes before class to allow sufficient time for check-in and preparation. Late arrivals may be denied entry if they disrupt the class.

8. Please wear appropriate attire suitable for your chosen class. Certain classes may have specific dress code requirements.

9. Axis Dance Studio reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, substitute instructors, or modify class schedules when necessary. Participants will be notified whenever possible.

10. Students are responsible for their personal belongings. Axis Dance Studio is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items brought into the premises.

11. By participating in classes, you acknowledge that dance and fitness activities involve physical exertion. You participate voluntarily and assume responsibility for your own health and safety.

12. Axis Dance Studio reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any participant who violates studio policies or engages in unsafe, disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior.
